Angel 15000 ton Yeast Production line Project

 

 Hubei Angel Yeast Company established in 1986, specialized in researching and producing yeast, is a top venture and the only yeast public company in China. It invested to build a 15000 ton production line of yeast in 2001.This production line is designed by a famous European biotechnology company and imported European advanced process technology. Its automation control system adopts Siemens PCS7, controlling the whole production line in the center control room, it insures the reliability, quality and output.

1.system configuration
1.1 Hardware
  Adopts 3 sets of AS416-3. Every AS416 connected to several ET200M distributed I/O and bus valves, among which one set connected to OMRON PLC(the third party¡¯s equipments), 4 sets operate the TP37. And all ET200 are distributed over the field.
The field valves are numerous, and every valve has at least one feedback signal. If using the traditional DI/DO, the work of wiring is very big, and also complicated. So we use FESTO bus valves instead and it supports PROFIBUS.

1.2Network
  Adopting networks as following: installing the 4 OSM in the control room and the main local site. Connecting OS, ES, and AS with OSM by 1613 network card or CP443-1.On the field, using PROFIBUS-DP to connect ET200M distributed I/O and bus valves. This PROFIBUS keeps to IEC 61158 and EN50170.
In the SIMATIC PCS7, all the communication are based on SIMATIC NET. Following the international standard.
SIMATIC NET provides an advanced communication to insure the reliability of communication.

 
   
  2¡¢ System function
¡€ Automation process control system
¡€ All the hardware based on the united platform, all the software integrated in SIMATIC PCS7, sharing the samethe the same platform. Adopting new tech, using SIEMENS industrial Ethernet, PROFIBUS and PROFIBUS DP.
Adopts SIMATIC S7-400CPU, using STEP7 V5.1 program software.
¡€Using OSM and PROFIBUS to connecting the 3 sets of PLC.The computer is adopted from Yanhua¡¯s technical industrial control computer. And WinCC system used as HMI, communicate WinCC with PLC by PROFIBUS. Using PROFIBUS network for ET200M distributed I/O card and controller, any stop of controller or I/O worn out will not disturb the visiting to the I/O.Adopts 2 sets of PLC, if and anyone stops it will disturb the other one running normally. The history trend, alarm record and data archive of the WinCC enables the operator control the field process and equipments running. The BATCH flexible enables users using different recipe to BATCH producing, make the process simpler and more effective.
