Project general description
This project is co-invested by American Dupont and Henan Shineway
Group. The annual output of the soybean protein is 20,000 ton. The industrial
controlling design is completed by Wuhan Henry Automation Engineering
Company. It includes: hardware supply, system integration, software program,
FAT and clients training. This system adopts SIMATIC STEP7 of SIEMENS
as the automation system hardware platform of the entire plant, WINCC
as the field monitoring system, S7-300 and ET-200M distributed I/O for
the whole control system, using PROFIBUS to communicate PLC and field
equipments to PLC. 。

· Adopts large amount of new technology, and using standard SIEMENS-PROFIBUS and PROFIBUS DP network.
· Adopt SIMATIC S7-300CPU and STEP7 program software.
· The computer is adopted from Yanhua’s technical industrial control computer. And WinCC system used as HMI, communicate WinCC with PLC by PROFIBUS.
· Using PROFIBUS network for ET200M distributed I/O card and controller, any stop of controller or I/O worn out will not disturb the visiting to the I/O.
· Adopts 2 sets of PLC, if and anyone stops it will disturb the other one running normally.
· The history trend, alarm record and data archive of the WinCC enables the operator control the field process and equipments running.
3.1 The overall design and system integration work with advanced tech, high safe reliance and low cost.
3.2 The system adopts advanced, perfect open distributed system. The integration and equipments selection adapt to the speedy development of computer, using high tech in computer field to top the level and insures the safety.

3.6．The HMI has strong function and easy to operate, the picture displayed and the file printed are clear
3.7．Monitoring system is data communicated, transfer real time data and control command.

3.9．Operation system adopts Windows 2000+SP4.
3.10．PLC and controlling net all adopt world famous brand Siemens.
3.11．The software system adopts SIEMENS WINCC V 5.2 as the program platform.
3.12．PLC adopts Siemens STEP7 as program software.

4、Software
WINCC V 5.2 is based on multi-windows system.
The HMI allows the operator add or amend the history trend even if he does not know well about computer.
The operator can choose some equipment directly and the system will click out the control panel to operate the field one.
We provide rich drawing tools to satisfied the more complex production process.
The picture function provides: rectangle, polygon, line, curve, circle ( arc),net, ASCII, Chinese characters, bitmap and etc.
Dynamic connection provides: changing of color, figure, size; flash, trend, manual value set, start consequence control, key set picture, and etc.Support for multimedia: WINCC V 5.2 has improved support for multimedia.

5、Client management function
Authorize operator’s activity, and every operator can only work in his own range, this effectively prevents mis-operation. The system manager can effectively manage: adding, edit and delete users.
Project summarize
This project is cooperated by Shineway Luohe Group and American Dupont( one of the world 500 top companies) for the first time, which aiming to establish a world famous soybeans protein venture. It invests total RMB２．５１７５billion, among which first phrase 63,750,000 and second phrase 1.88 billion and the ever biggest project. We Henry take the advantage of our rich experiences in protein field, and know-how well about production process, and skillful in automation control, and at last get the bid ! And we also accomplished this project through our hard working.
