Dupont Zhengzhou Protein is a Company producing high quality
soybean separating proteins
which adds to beverage,nurture or meat products.
1. Project general description
It is a reconstruct project based on the exist one, adding a new Griener
system to
the exist Blender system to improve the products.
2.Subject
Control Stop, Start and Run of the site equipments(bump, valve, motors);
Start&Stop of the electric
valve and interlock of the key equipments.
3.System configuration
The existing system adopts SIEMENS的S5, Blender system adopts SIEMENS的S7,
and the new
added Griender system also adopts S7－300, meanwhile communicates with
the existing S7－
300 and S5
process control system of all the integrated automation
All software&hardware based on the united hardware platform.
We still adopt well functioned PROFIBUS and PROFIBUS DP to communicate with S5 and S7
Adopt SIMATIC S7-300CPU and STEP7 program software.
The computer is adopted from Yanhua’s technical industrial control computer. And WinCC system used as HMI, communicate WinCC with PLC by PROFIBUS.
The history trend, alarm record and data archive of the WinCC enables the operator control the field process and equipments running.
